WERTLI’s channel type induction furnaces are the result of many decades of practical experiences in designing and manufacturing induction holding furnaces and melting furnaces for nonferrous metals, iron and aluminium.

Our design offers outstanding features, such as:

• Standardized single- and twin-coil inductors of 200 kW, 300 kW, 400 kW, 500 kW, 600 kW, 750 kW and 1’000 kW rating
• Each inductor can be easily and quickly replaced even on a hot furnace
• WERTLI furnaces are known for their rigid design of furnaces body, tilting stand and inductors
• All WERTLI our inductors are designed for using dry refractory cements for maximum availability of equipment
• Special designed closed version melting furnaces with protective gas covers and lateral pour out spouts for oxygen free (OFHC) metals and alloys
